SendCockpit Abuse Desk
SendCockpit is an online software for email marketing.
Tens of thousands of customers are using our tool to send out their email campaigns every day.
Report Email Abuse
If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via SendCockpit or purported to be sent via SendCockpit, please forward it (including the email header) to:
abuse@sendcockpit.com
We will instantly remove you from the list. We will also investigate the account and user who sent the email and take appropriate action to prevent any future abuse.
How SendCockpit prevents abuse
We ask new users to verify their identity by text message before they're able to send out newsletter campaigns. Requiring proof of identification via text message is an effective way to keep spammers from abusing our systems.
Our software is directly integrated into the spam reporting systems for some of the biggest ISP’s. If you don’t have permission and someone marks your campaign as spam, we’ll know about it the moment that button is pressed.
Our abuse team monitors all outgoing mail, list uploads, feedback loops, and a variety of other undisclosed factors.
How we educate users
We inform customers about best practices and do's and don'ts. We also do educate customers in current email laws on a regular basis.
How we deal with issues
Emailing people without their permission, will result in immediate termination of your account with SendCockpit. If suspicious activity is found or detected, we suspend accounts associated with the user and take appropriate action which may include termination of the account.
Acceptable Use
You can only send messages to recipients if you have either their express consent to do so or in cases where you can assume they will give their consent.
Mandatory content
Every email you send using our service must include a single-click unsubscribe link that instantly removes the subscriber from your list and the name and physical address of the sender.
Our Antispam Mace is watching you.
