Liebe Mitglieder In diesem Newsletter erhalten sie vor allem Informationen zur bevorstehenden Delegiertenversammlung in Luzern. Sie haben inzwischen auch das gedruckte Jahresbulletin mit dem Anmeldeformular im Briefkasten gefunden und ich hoffe, dass viele Mitglieder teilnehmen werden. Ich möchte Sie daran erinnern, dass Sie nicht nur als offizielle Delegierte teilnehmen können. Die Kolleginnen der Zentralschweiz haben ein interessantes Programm zusammengestellt, das Sie nicht verpassen sollten. Im August findet in Südafrika die Triennial Conference statt, also die internationale Delegiertenversammlung des GWI. Die Schweiz wir offizielle Delegierte schicken, aber auch hier steht die Teilnahme allen Mitgliedern offen. Bis bald in Luzern! Der Antrag auf Statutenänderung der Sektion Freiburg wird an der Delegiertenversammlung in Luzern besprochen. Die Sektion Freiburg wird an der Delegiertenversammlung anwesend sein, um die Änderungsanträge eingehender zu begründen. Die Sektion bittet alle Teilnehmenden, den Antrag vorgängig zu studieren. | UWE Conference, Winchester 24-27 June 2016 Venue: Winchester Royal Hotel, Winchester UK The University Women of Europe and the British Federation of Women Graduates are pleased to welcome you to the historic city of Winchester for the next Annual General Meeting and two days Conference. Our Conference theme will be “Aspiration, Advancement, Achievement” in order to encourage women into Leadership Roles. All information can be found here. GWI General Assembly and Triennial Conference, Cape Town 21-23 August 2016: GWI General Assembly 24-26 August 2016: GWI Triennial Conference “At the crossroads of education, gender and human rights” Venue: Cape Town International Convention Centre, Cape Town, South Africa GWI’s 32nd triennial conference is organised around three themes central to GWI’s mission: education, gender and human rights. Deeply intertwined, these three areas affect girls’ and women’s lives around the globe. The Conference aims to bring together all stakeholders in these broad areas of concern, to foster dialogue, plans and exchanges and place girls and women firmly at the centre of education. Chers membres, La présente infolettre contient avant tout des informations concernant l'assemblée des déléguées qui aura prochainement lieu à Lucerne. Entretemps, le bulletin annuel ainsi que le formulaire d'inscription vous sont parvenus par courrier postal et j'espère que vous serez nombreuses à participer. A cet égard, je souhaite vous rappeler que vous pouvez assister à l'assemblée sans pour autant faire partie des déléguées officielles. Nos collègues de Suisse centrale ont organisé un programme intéressant à ne pas manquer. En août, la Conférence triennale, c'est-à-dire l'assemblée internationale des déléguées des GWI, se tiendra en Afrique du Sud. La Suisse enverra des déléguées officielles, mais, ici encore, la participation est ouverte à tous les membres. Au plaisir de vous voir à Lucerne! La section de Fribourg sera présente à l'Assemblée des déléguées, afin de soutenir la proposition de modification des statuts.
